In 1992 IPC started with 3 principal agents, wanting their own businesses, but not wanting to work alone. They were all financially independent, professional and fully qualified and as time went by more and more principal agents joined IPC and today it has become THE force to be reckoned with, with +/- 60 qualified, principal agents all working for themselves under one roof, sharing expertise and knowledge. If a seller lists his house with IPC, he has the reassurance that his interests will be cared for by highly qualified and professional agents.

• In 2003 we opened a branch in St Francis Bay, with co-owner and multi-award winning Les Olivier.
• In 2004 we opened a franchise in Grahamstown, owned by Monika Gaybba, winner of the Institute's No 1 agent for 2 years running.
• In 2007 ownership of the Port Alfred franchise was taken over by Gill Turner. Gill came 6th in the country when she worked for her former franchise agency.
• In 2009 we opened a franchise in Jeffrey's Bay, owned by Anita Wolf.
